DCS is used in tech parks, corporate towers, and buildings with multiple tenants, where lobby crowding, floor-level security, and keeping people off floors they should not reach all matter at the same time.
Yes. Every Vista Network access control system is engineered to integrate with fire panels for reverse evacuation, meaning every door in the affected zone releases automatically when the fire panel triggers, in line with NBC 2016 Part 4 life safety requirements. The integration and its behaviour on a fire event are documented in every project's technical submission for Fire NOC approval.
Yes. Vista Network supplies the access and ELV system as a complete, integrated package designed to work with the building systems already on site, including fire alarm panels, Building Management Systems (BMS), and ONVIF-compliant cameras and VMS platforms, using open protocols including OSDP, ONVIF, and BACnet. What Vista Network does not do is retrofit onto existing access control hardware. Every system is specified as a complete new build so the platform, controllers, and readers behave as one.
